Wiggloos Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or product launches, processing may take an additional day, but we always work to get your mittens out quickly so your little ones can play comfortably outdoors.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.

Typical U.S. delivery timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note: Delivery estimates begin once the package has shipped, not when the order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your Wiggloos as they make their way to you.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Wiggloos is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, or if it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Preorders

If an item is a preorder, the estimated ship date will be noted on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship together unless otherwise noted.
