WIGGLOOS RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Mittens must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be sent back within 21 days

  • Proof of purchase is required

 

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem.
If your preferred style is in stock, we’ll process an exchange.
If it’s not available, we’ll issue store credit so you can pick something perfect for your next cold-weather adventure.

Store Credit

  • Issued as a digital gift card

  • Never expires

  • Can be used on any future Wiggloos purchase (season after season!)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and inventory reasons, the following are final sale:

  • Items purchased at 20%+ off

  • Gift cards

  • Limited-edition or seasonal collections

  • Any worn or damaged items

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we’ll make it right immediately and cover the return shipping

Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
