Wiggloos was born out of real life, real kids, and one very relatable winter struggle.

It all started with Margaret, a mom of three who learned quickly that toddlers have strong opinions—especially about mittens. When her youngest was little, she had one cold-weather habit: pulling her gloves off the second they stepped outside. She wanted to use her fingers to play, explore, and do important toddler things. The result? Red, freezing, numb little hands (and a very frustrated mom).

So, like any parent would, Margaret went searching for a solution. What she found instead was a suggestion involving gym socks… and duct tape.

Hard pass.

There had to be a better way—so she started sewing.

After countless prototypes (and plenty of trial and error), plus an incredible partnership with an award-winning factory, Wiggloos was born. The result is a patent-pending winter mitten toddlers can’t pull off. They’re warm but not bulky, thin enough for little hands to actually use, and cute enough that kids want to wear them. They come in both soft-shell and leather—because function matters, but style doesn’t hurt either.
